Description:  This OC was based off of Saxon Vikings!  Thunderswift is a weather pegasus, mainly gifted in swift precision flying, which she uses to chase down and subdue the unruly thunder-clouds that very few pegasus can truly control.  She has a very strong, quiet passion for the ponies she loves, (fro example, her family, her true love, maybe the nice old mare that adopted her into the village, (if she's an orphan) you get to chose)  She has a very quite disposition, and doesn't say much unless she believes it is worth saying, so when Thunderswift speaks up, everypony listens.  The thing around her neck is a golden ring.  As Thunder is not a mare to really enjoy beautifying herself, the ring is of some sentimental value to her, (a promise to return from her lover, the last remaining artifact belonging to her parents, etc.) When she finds herself in a large group she will most likely sit off to the side, benevolently watching the festal gathering with a flash of her stormy green eyes.

Description: I got very close to keeping this one.  She is a very special mare, I do believe she is a pegasus/unicorn, but it could be some other ancestry that she gets her magical appearance/tail from, (maybe Alicorn?)  If I finished developing her I would have had to give her a story... then I would like her too much so I stopped there.   She would probably find out somewhere along her story that she has magic unlike that of normal pegasi.  She has a very pleasant disposition, and though she is 'friends' with all the ponies she comes in contact with in her day to day boring life, Starfall yearns to someday meet a bosom friend.  Starfall would like to live a nice, quiet life away from the bustle of big cities, but somewhere deep inside she feels that somepony needs to make a difference, (whatever it is your story needs a hero/hero's best buddy for) and if nopony else will, it will have to be her.  She might come off as a timid mare, but she can very unexpectedly become courageous and fearless to accomplish what she feels needs done.  She is also known for unexpectedly saying a funny, to turn an unpleasant situation into a joke and make all her friends laugh. She especially likes rainy weather, and has a weakness for cats.  ALL cats.  Especially fluffy ones.  CATS...

Description: Gale is an unusually kind when compared to others of her kind.  She doesn't live in Griffonstone, but in an old mining village out in the boonies.  The mine shafts themselves are abandoned, deemed unsafe to work in further.  There are rumors though that there might be something living down there, slinking around in the network caverns dug ages ago during the golden age of the Griffon empire.  Gale has a immense spirit of adventure, and is always getting herself out of the scrapes that she finds herself in due to her insatiable curiosity.  She loves to share whatever she has, and struggles against her urges to horde gold and spend her days loving on it's golden beauty.  She also likes butterflies, and is absolutely fascinated by them.  Someday, she hopes to visit somewhere in Equestria, and meet an actual real life pony, and maybe even make a friend.  Gale is a natural leader, especially to chicks, and is frequently seen mothering them all out in the middle of a grassy field. (showing them butterflies probably!) Though she is nice, she is still a Griffon, and is prone to grumpy days, has a short temper, and is easily offended, even to the point of bearing a grudge.  (that's what my griffons are like. )
